Custom Cut Printed Acrylic Ornaments – Double-Sided (Same Design on Both Sides)

Hi, question about fulfillment for the Custom Cut Printed Acrylic Ornaments – Double-Sided (Same Design on Both Sides).

If a buyer uploads a regular photo (with the background still in it) on my store, will ShineOn remove the background and cut around the subject during production?

Or do I need to remove the background myself first and submit a transparent PNG cutout for fulfillment?

I want to be sure before I take orders — thank you!
